Terms of Service
The agreement between you and agiledata.systems for use of the Real Fake Data service. By using the service you accept these terms.

The service
Real Fake Data, operated by agiledata.systems (Jabłoniowa 11A/42, 83-330 Żukowo, Poland, NIP 521-300-77-09), provides an API that generates synthetic test data. The service is offered on free and paid plans with the limits described on the Pricing page.
Acceptable use
You may use the generated data for development, testing, demos, and seeding. You may not use the service to harass, defraud, or impersonate real people, to circumvent rate limits, or to resell the raw API as a competing data service. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential.
Nature of the data
All output is synthetic and provided “as is”. Although records are valid by format — correct checksums, real-looking geography — they are fabricated and must never be used as, or relied upon as, real identity, financial, or legal data.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage above your plan limits may be rate-limited. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, agiledata.systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any misuse of the generated data. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the seat of agiledata.systems.
