Who we are
Real Fake Data is operated by agiledata.systems, Jabłoniowa 11A/42, 83-330 Żukowo, Poland (NIP 521-300-77-09). For any privacy question, contact us through the form on our About page. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.
Synthetic output is not personal data
The records the API generates — names, national IDs, tax numbers, addresses — are fabricated and correspond to no real, identifiable person. They are not personal data under the GDPR. Any resemblance to a real individual is coincidental.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service: account details and email when you sign up, API-key usage and request metadata (timestamps, endpoints, IP address) for rate limiting and abuse prevention, billing information processed by our payment provider, and any message you send us through the contact form.
How we use it
We use this data to provide and secure the service, enforce plan limits, process payments, prevent abuse, and respond to your enquiries. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required by Polish tax law. Request logs are retained for a limited period for security and then deleted or aggregated.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, and request portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the About page.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
