Free credits for your students
Teaching QA, testing, or backend development? Your students get Real Fake Data for free — valid national IDs, addresses, and companies across 27 EU countries plus the US and Canada.
We issue a batch of one-time codes for your course. You hand one to each student; they redeem it on their own account and get a large prepaid balance — enough to work through a whole course without thinking about limits. There is no plan to manage, nothing to cancel, and no card involved at any point.
-
Tell us about the course
Send a message with your institution, the course, and roughly how many students. That is enough for us to size a batch.
-
We send you the codes
You get a list — one code per student. Hand them out however suits you: a slide, a handout, the course page.
-
Students redeem their own
Each student signs up free, opens Billing, and enters their code. The credits land on their account immediately.
How the codes work
- One code per student. Each code works exactly once, so a code that leaks costs one grant and nothing more.
- Students redeem on their own accounts — there is no shared class login, and their work stays theirs after the course ends.
- Credits do not expire once redeemed. A student keeps what they were given, including after they graduate.
- Codes themselves expire a year after issue, so an old handout cannot be redeemed indefinitely.
- A student may redeem more than one code, so a short workshop now does not rule out a full semester grant later.
- No payment details are ever required — not to sign up, not to redeem.
What to include
So we can size a batch without a round-trip, mention:
- Your institution and your role
- The course, and roughly when it runs
- How many students you expect
Send us a message and we will get back to you with codes. Get in touch .
Are you a student?
Ask whoever teaches the course to write to us — we issue codes to institutions rather than individually. In the meantime the free tier needs no card, and the playground needs no account at all. Try the playground .
